  • Sabaudia: shipping times vary from the day the order is placed up to two days later (once the product has been added to the cart, just choose the shipping method: Sabaudia home delivery ).

  • National and international territory: shipping times depend on the courier to whom we entrust the goods; please note that in the prevalence of cases, the transport of goods is not affected by the recent travel restrictions (however there may be delays in delivery, due to the current situation; it is advisable to stay updated by consulting the official website of the shipping company BRT. To further reassure our kind customers, we remind you that since these are antiques and / or used goods, for reasons of hygiene and safety, Galleria Papier has always sterilized and washed the goods in question with detergents (based on glycerin, chlorine or alcohol based depending on the nature of the object) before delivering or shipping them to anyone with sterile packaging (given the particular health emergency we are experiencing, it is always advisable to comply with all the safety regulations issued by the WHO for the emergency due to COVID-19) .

We carry out weekly shipments through trusted couriers throughout Europe, we are also qualified for international trade and we can ship to all countries of the world at low prices.

Packaging

Our company is careful to always make very accurate packaging; in shipments the products are packaged in different ways according to their size and characteristics. Each object is packed with the utmost care and professionalism and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and guarantee supplemented by photographic documentation.

Packaging with protective bubble wrap is always provided, to protect the contents and any bumps during transport.

Depending on the object you purchased and its peculiarities, we carefully choose the containers: from cardboard to wooden crates built and designed to measure. For this reason, the packaging is done by hand, professionally, with material suitable for the care and protection of the objects and sealed, all to protect your purchased.

Throughout the process, each shipment is followed by our experts until the moment of departure with the selected courier.

Shipping costs and times

Our company is able to quickly and safely process direct orders throughout the national territory. Costs vary (and are automatically calculated) based on the weight of the goods ordered and its destination. Shipping is always by express courier and delivery is from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

We offer our customers two types of shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: where the vectorial liability in case of loss or damage covers only € 1 / kg (art. 1696 CC as amended by Legislative Decree 286/05). Any AC-BASE insurance coverage (if present) provides for a refundable limit up to a maximum of € 6 / kg.

  • Insured Shipping: the goods are insured with all-risk coverage where the carrier's liability in case of loss or damage covers the amount of the same goods (minus a 30% deductible) up to a maximum of € 25,000.00. Reimbursement is also provided for in the event of a fortuitous event with the sole exclusion of natural disasters, strikes, riots, popular riots, wars.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, the packaging is still carried out by our team as described above.

The purchased goods will be sent within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation of payment . Delivery is made by express courier within a maximum of 5 subsequent working days (for shipments to Europe or the rest of the world, a delay of up to 40 days is possible; if present, it will be communicated to the User), subject to problems related exclusively to the carrier or transport company (in this case delivery times could last up to 15 working days).

We ask, in the Checkout, for a telephone number of the customer so that the courier can contact him directly for any problems or inform him of the imminent delivery.

Your duties

Please indicate in the order, a valid telephone number and a correct destination address, where there is someone who can receive the courier, possibly specifying a preferred time slot, so that the shipment can be easily received (if the telephone number left should not be correct, it should be noted that after the second left notice, the courier will not contact the recipient of the goods that will no longer be delivered). The User has the possibility to enter request notes before Checkout.

Once the shipment has been received, we invite you to check:

  • That the number of packages (parcels) indicated on the carrier's letter is actually the one delivered.

  • That the package is intact and undamaged; any complaints must be raised immediately to the courier by putting the words "withdrawn subject to inspection" on the waybill, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly (eg reserve for package with punctured cardboard - reserve for 2 missing packages. of the "RESERVE OF CONTROL" is a right enshrined in the Civil Code Art. n ° 1698)

If the content is damaged, you must send us the immediate report through our contact form (contained in the contact page), no later than 24 hours from receipt of the package (the courier receipt is proof). After this deadline, no complaints of any kind will be accepted.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order has been processed and delivered to the courier, you will receive an email containing the shipping confirmation and the "TRACKING NUMBER" (at the bottom of the summary) with which you will be re-directed to the courier's website that is managing your shipment, where it will be possible to have real-time updates on sending.

Updates are normally visible on the courier's website only a few hours after shipment confirmation. Sabaudia home delivery

The purchased goods will be delivered starting from the day of the order up to a maximum of 2 working days following receipt of the confirmation of payment (Please note that for goods purchased with a home delivery request, before proceeding with 'packaging and on delivery, we will wait for the receipt of confirmation of payment).

For any item purchased online on the website or physically in place, the delivery is totally free for anyone who resides in the city of Sabaudia (excluding neighboring villages, subject to different agreements).

The purchased goods are delivered packaged and authenticated (by the Company itself).

The purchased goods will be delivered from Tuesday to Saturday from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 20:30; on Mondays only by appointment fixed in time (via contact form, Live Chat, WhatsApp or by phone - see the page of the Contacts site for the various contact details). The timetable may vary during the summer period (from 15:00 to 17:00).

To select home delivery just enter the products in the shopping cart, choose Lazio as the shipping region, enter the postcode 04016 and then select the type of shipment from the drop-down menu Home delivery.

Before proceeding with the delivery, a confirmation email will be sent containing: date and time of delivery and request for a telephone number (if not previously entered during Checkout, in order to facilitate the delivery process) .

In case of unsuccessful delivery, due to lack of availability, the customer will be contacted to agree on a further delivery date and / or time. In case of impossibility of delivery due to force majeure, it will be the Company's concern to find an alternative delivery method (if possible) or to refund the payment (however the user will be contacted and informed). Galleria Papier remains at the customer's disposal to find or create suitable and satisfactory delivery solutions.

Please note to our customers that the Papier Gallery of Mapi Srl does not accept cash on delivery as a method of payment (this also applies to home delivery).

Withdrawal on site

Many customers prefer to collect their order directly at the store, avoiding to pay shipping, packaging and transport costs. It is a possible and convenient method, but we kindly ask you to respect these simple instructions:

  • The purchased goods will be available for collection on site from the day following the receipt of payment.

  • The goods can be collected in person or by your own courier in charge at our shop in Via Regina Elena, 5B / 5C - 04016 - Sabaudia (LT).

  • The collection in the store does not include the cost of shipping and packaging, the customer does not pay anything more than the price of the item. For this reason, the items ordered are not packaged to be shipped but are delivered as they are, in the original packaging and packaging of the product, if any, (the additional packaging that we prepare for shipping packages is therefore not made).

  • In any case, the order must be placed on the website www.galleriapapier.com with the shipping method "Pick up at Headquarters" (it is in the list of shipping methods). The purchased goods will be available for collection on site from the working day following the confirmation of payment (you will receive an order confirmation email ready for collection).

  • Orders already paid can be collected by the holder of the order with a valid identity document; any withdrawals by other people are subject to delegation by the sender, whoever collects must therefore have: proxy which will be sent in advance in copy via email to galleriapapier@gmail.com , copy of the sender's identity document and copy of the identity document of the collector.

  • The collection can be made from Tuesday to Saturday from 10.30 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 19.00 and on Sunday from 10.30 to 12.30 (the afternoon schedule is subject to change during the summer period: from 18.30 to 20.00); collection date and time must always be agreed in advance.

  • Failure to collect the goods within 5 days from the date of purchase will result in a cost of € 10.00 (excluding VAT) for the entire order and for each additional day of storage at our office. After more than 10 days (including non-working days) of deposit from the date of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and proceed with the refund of the amount paid minus the processing and storage costs. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the current account that will be provided to us by the customer (if the amount of the order is insufficient to cover any deposit costs, the customer will be asked to pay the amount by bank transfer upon receipt of regular electronic invoice).

  • If the goods are collected in person, if you want a packaging service, in addition to paying the price of the object, you will have to pay the cost indicated for this service. In the absence of precise communications in this regard, no type of packaging will be carried out.

  • If you collect the goods through your own courier, it will be the courier's responsibility to verify the suitability of the packaging and the condition of the goods and at the time of collection he will have to sign the “Transport and acceptance of goods” note. By signing the delivery note, the carrier certifies that the goods are suitably packaged to be transported. Any subsequent dispute regarding transport damage will be rejected even if the recipient deems the packaging insufficient. In this particular case, the customer accepts that the items ordered are not packaged to be shipped but are delivered as they are, in the original packaging and packaging of the product (therefore the additional packaging that we prepare for the shipping packages is not made).

  • For purchases concluded with direct withdrawal it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal, being a right reserved exclusively for sales made and finalized at a distance. So check carefully what you have ordered.
